Christmas is here! Check out our top picks for this weekend’s
festivities!

On Saturday, stop by The Veil Brewing for the return of the “Teeny Tiny Petting Farm” (an adorable pint-sized petting zoo) and other family friendly activities! Intergalactic Tacos will be on site with their truck along with S’mores Amore. At 8 pm enjoy a screening of “Elf” and popcorn from River City Kettle Corn. Wear a tacky Christmas sweater!

If you’re looking for something more traditional head over to Tuckahoe Plantation for their annual Holiday Open House! On Saturday from 4-7 pm, you can see the main house all decked out in 18th century style Christmas decorations while enjoying some warm cider and other treats! You can also sneak in some last minute shopping with the unique vendors on site and the kids will stay occupied with arts, crafts, and other family friendly activities! Tickets are $10 adults, $5 for children ages 5-12.

Lastly, no holiday season is complete without a visit to Santa! Head over to the Children’s Museum of Richmond to visit the Legendary Santa Claus and his Snow Queen! A Richmond tradition since 1936, come see Santa as he slides down the chimney to delight guest of all ages! And if you’re lucky, you can catch him slide UP the chimney on Christmas Eve! Museum Admission is not required to see Santa and he’ll be waiting to meet you from 9-5 on Saturday and Sunday and 9-2 on Christmas Eve!

We hope you all
have a very Merry Christmas!
