Food Truck Brunch at Isley
This Sunday 1/21 stop by Isley Brewing for a food truck brunch and acoustic live music! Mean Bird food truck will be serving up fried chicken, waffles and biscuits from 11:00-3:00. Isley will be opening early to serve brunch beermosas along with their usual brews! From 1:00-4:00 jam out to live acoustic music featuring local musician David Cavitt whose repertoire covers a multitude of artists and spans across all genres of music. Should be a good Sunday Funday!

Frostbite 15k
If you’d like to do the complete opposite of the above listed event and stick to your New Years resolutions and be healthy, sign up for the Frostbite 15k! The 34th annual running is an out and back course taking you through Byrd Park, the surrounding neighborhoods and Maymont. The course is fairly flat for the majority of the race but you will be tested on a few tougher hills! The start/finish line is at the Amelia Street School and finishers will receive a shirt and medal at the end! Race starts Sunday 1/21 at 9:00 AM.

Poe’s Birthday Bash
Edgar Allan Poe may have been born in Boston, but he considered himself a Virginian and called Richmond home! It was here that Poe grew up, married, and first gained literary recognition. The Poe Museum keeps his legacy alive and on Saturday 1/20 they are celebrating his birthday with a huge celebration! Music, performances, walking tours, and much more will be going on from noon to midnight! Stop by and check it out!
