This week we will be looking at Ryan Home’s community, Park at Lakeside. Located in the heart of the Lakeside community, and what they call “city living in the suburbs” this community is selling new homes starting in the $200’s. To start the weekend off, take mom to the Altria Theater to see “A Mother’s Day Celebration”. The event will celebrate all mothers out there and will be featuring the following: Marvin Sapp, Charles Jenkins, The Clark Sisters, and Jason Nelson. On Saturday, the 40th annual Strawberry Street Festival will be happening at the William Fox Elementary School in Richmond. The event includes a lot of food, vendors, games for everyone, flea market, and of course strawberries! The event will begin at 11am and will go on until 3pm. Saturday evening, head on back to the Altria Theater to see american rapper and singer, Kevin Gates perform. A great way to end the day after the Strawberry Street Festival, you can see Kevin Gates live in person here in Richmond. Reservations are filling up fast, but you can purchase tickets starting at $24 to attend with brunch hours beginning at 1030am and lasting until 3pm.
