Plenty going on in Richmond this weekend! Plan for some indoor activities for Saturday but I’d recommend getting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather scheduled for Sunday!

On Saturday check out the Chinese Lunar New Year Celebration at the Children’s Museum of Richmond! From 10-4 come see traditional and modern Chinese music and dance, participate in hands-on activities, and enjoy the traditional lion dance!

Garden Grove is celebrating their 3rd Anniversary this Saturday with a huge party starting at noon! Postbellum will be doing a pop-up and slinging their legendary parmesan truffle fries (among other delicacies) to pair with Garden Grove’s special beer releases! Come out and enjoy local art, music, food and of course beer!

This weekend, WW1 America (the largest traveling exhibition about the Great War) is making its only scheduled stop on the east coast at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture! This exhibition features more than 100 objects, multimedia presentations, and interactive experiences. It focuses on the war as a transformational event. Explore themes like immigration and migration, racial conflict, women’s rights, labor struggles, challenges to civil liberties, the meaning of citizenship and how it all shaped our country into who we are today.

Have a great weekend RVA!
