Well Richmond, just like that summer is coming to an end as we head into the Labor Day weekend! Can you believe it?! But before we put our forbidden after Labor Day clothing away, check out what’s happening in the Hopewell area this weekend. This week we are looking at the Ryan Homes subdivision, Blalock at Rivers Bend in Chester VA. Blalock at Rivers Bend is a town home community that starts in the $230’s.
On Friday evening, Routes of Rhythm: Mini Bluegrass Fest at Pocahontas Premieres. From the website, “You will be lucky enough to hear 3 of Virginia’s finest Bluegrass bands tonight. Saturday, make sure to check out the Prince George’s Farmer Market. Starting at 8am and lasting until noon, the farmers market is a great place to check out all the local foods that are available for purchase. On Sunday, the band Old Dominion will be performing at the Colonial Downs at 7pm. Colonial Downs is a racetrack that also has a casino so a lot to do even when the band is not performing.
