This Saturday night, the James River lights up as boaters decorate their vessels to celebrate the season during the Annual Parade of Lights! The parade runs from 6-9 but below are the best times and places to view this year’s spectacle. All of these places will have food vendors, hot drinks, and activities to keep the kids entertained while you wait for the boats!
