Kristy Pearce is our Realtor Buying Specialist from Goochland County.
Kristy’s mission isn’t just to help our clients buy or sell their most personal possession. It is to build long-term real estate relationships through an unwavering commitment to service and dedication. Kristy is a lifelong native of Virginia. She has resided in the Short Pump/Manakin- Sabot areas the majority of her life and has extensive knowledge of Richmond and its surrounding areas. After graduating from St. Catherine’s School in Richmond, Kristy attended James Madison University, where she received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Teaching degrees. Kristy began her career serving her community as an elementary school teacher for nearly a decade. Leveraging her experience as a successful educator, Kristy believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent our clients to the best of her ability, but also to guide and educate them throughout every step of the process. In her free time, Kristy enjoys photography, traveling, live music, the beach, football, volunteering, and spending time with her son, family, and friends. Matt Hamblin is our Realtor Buying Specialist from King William County, though he just recently sold his home there (with the help of The Albritton Team’s listing department!) and moved to Glen Allen! After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College, Matt went into the bio-medical science field. But after working in labs doing the same procedures over and over, he got into Real Estate because it’s something different everyday and never the same. He loves helping people, protecting his clients best interests, negotiating deals and developing lifelong friendships with his clients. When he’s not out finding your next home, Matt enjoys fishing, spending time with his animals, eating, watching and playing every sport he can find!
As one of the newest additions to the team, Anna is one of our showing assistants and also works closely with our vendors as a liaison! Anna decided to go into real estate because she loves making people happy and can’t think of anything more rewarding than helping someone find their dream home! She also loves seeing different houses everyday and especially all the new construction going up around RVA! She currently lives in the Stratford Hills area in Richmond and enjoys going to the river, checking the newest restaurants on the scene, attending football games, and spending time with friends and family. She also loves visiting her alma mater in Ashland, Randolph Macon!
Christina is another buyer specialist on the team! Christina loves helping and creating relationships with people. She loves the flexibility that Real Estate has to offer and that not every day is the same and being kept on her toes. She has never regretted getting into this business and is excited for what the future holds! Christina grew up in Midlothian but has recently moved Scott’s Addition and enjoys watching baseball and hockey, playing on kickball and wiffleball teams, fishing, playing piano, taking walks around the river, and checking out new restaurants in RVA.
Anita is one of our rockstar showing assistants who has recently joined the team! Anita got into real estate to help people reach their dreams of homeownership and to have a fun, flexible career she loves! She currently lives in Henrico County but loves seeing all kinds of properties around the greater Richmond area. When she’s not with clients, Anita enjoys, volunteering in the community, reading, horseback riding, hiking and painting.
Brian enjoys helping people secure their dreams, whether it be finding a house to make their home, or a piece of land for hunting and play. Brian currently lives in the Rockville area west of Richmond, but travelled all over the state in his previous medical sales career before becoming a realtor. Brian also spent his summers on the Rappahannock River, and being with family and friends brings great joy into my life especially at the River or beach.
Katie is The Albritton Team’s administrative coordinator and makes sure everything operates smoothly behind the scenes! After graduating from Virginia Tech, she spent several years working in a management role in the horse industry in North Carolina and moved to the Scott’s Addition area of Richmond in the summer of 2017. She spends her time outside the office enjoying all the outdoor activities, food, and culture RVA has to offer!
